Cancellation / Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, services already provided, or products purchased.
Exchanges Exchanges are only accepted in cases of a confirmed allergic reaction to a product. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days, for the same product only.
Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in a shortened service time. All appointments will end at the original scheduled time.
Support Animals Support animals are permitted, but a valid certificate must be presented upon arrival.
Children We recommend coming alone for a calm experience, but we understand childcare isn’t always available. Children are welcome- please keep in mind the nature of the clinic environment.
